Error in Sticker and Dynamic Sticker reduction for Signal iOS version.

Bug description

I use Signal Messenger 7.10 on iPhone SE (2nd generation) with the latest version iOS 17.4.1, I report a stickers reduction error on iOS. The stickers can’t be minimized and the result of maximum reduction is not satisfactory, they are still large. I have already discussed this problem with Herohtar (the moderator of Signal Community), who responded me to report this error only for iOS, because it is not present in the Android and Desktop versions of Signal. To give an idea of the problem encountered, I attach a photo with two stickers of Signal, reduced to their maximum size, which is still too large and it is not possible to reduce them any more than this size. Please, could you fix this problem for Signal iOS version?

Steps to reproduce

• insertion of the Sticker and Dynamic Sticker;
• manual reduction of the Sticker and Dynamic Sticker on the screen of the iPhone SE 2nd generation;
• it is not possible to reduce the Sticker and Dynamic Sticker more than a certain size, which is still large.

Actual result: It is not possible to reduce the Sticker and Dynamic Sticker more than a certain size, which is still large.

Expected result: Greater Sticker and Dynamic Sticker reduction.
