I think after we have the following PRs reviewed and merged:

• Add/views #545
• Various wrapper scripts improvement #548
• singularity modulefile templates: add SINGULARITY_CONTAINER shell variable #549

I'd like to harden up some of the code with respect to documentation and style. E.g., perhaps we can have a Makefile to easily lint, and I'd like to run mypy, (so we would add typing) pyflakes, isort, and black. I also want to better document the various functions.
