Description

As of HTML 5.1 specifications, developers are required to use h1-h6 to convey document structure. This dis-allows multiple h1 elements in a document, even when placed in sectioning elements.

I'm not 100% sure how we implemented this, it would be perfect too go through this rule again and have a look.
