Describe the bug
We have some logs on Windows systray (as .msi installer), but work well all menus!
Bellow messages repeatedly print on powershell logs. I guess related to list of VPN servers, but should investigate more.

2023/12/11 17:37:08 Unable to addOrUpdateMenuItem: The operation completed successfully.

Note: no urgent for v1.3.14 release, but be good if solve for next release.
