[Describe the issue]
On Windows redo is usually done with ctrl+y
On linux redo is usually done with ctrl+shift+z
I think quill should support both

Steps for Reproduction

  1. Visit http://beta.quilljs.com/
  2. Type something
  3. Click ctrl+z to undo
  4. Click ctrl+y to redo

Expected behavior: [expected]
We should get redo. The text should come back

Actual behavior: [actual]
Nothing

Platforms: [ex. Chrome 48 on Mac 10.11]
Chrome 50 and Firefox 46 on Windows 7.

Version: [version]
1.0-Beta.3
