Running scans do not resume after crash.

When Spiderfoot crashes and gets restarted the scans that where running at crash time are still listed as "running" although they don't. Clicking on the "Stop Scan" button brings up the error:
That scan is not actually running. A data consistency error of this scan probably exists. Click here to delete it.
Expected behaviour: Full transaction integrity of the application leading to the scan resuming after the last step that was commited as complete.

I'm facing the same issue, Spiderfoot shows scans running but it is not.
