Currently, most classes in api-java module are packaged grouping by responsibility (e.g. <...>.repository), but not by the domain model (e.g. <...>.task).

While this approach may have own benefits, it is not the recommended way.

The packaging should be changed where required. All other modules of the project should be checked as well.
