Note: only to be worked on after the implementation of vacp2p/rfc#420 is completed

Build a tool that enables a community's Discord chat history and channels to be imported into Status communities. Tools that allow the export part from Discord already exist https://github.com/Tyrrrz/DiscordChatExporter
