Drop some building properties at early zooms #2042

Probably at zooms earlier than the max zoom (eg zoom 13 and 14 in 512px space), we could drop:

kind_detail (this might be important to keep, investigate how Mapzen styles use this for styling)
roof_shape
roof_material
name
building_material
addr_street
addr_housenumber
old_name
osm_relation

This would reduce property size, and encourage more feature merging.

Example 512 px tiles: 13/4149/2817.mvt and 14/8174/6234.mvt
