I saw that in the project Readme, when installing Towhee, it was mentioned that pip needs to be updated.

This is actually not necessary, it will only appear in extreme scenarios, for example, the version of pip is very old.

It is recommended to remove unnecessary descriptions to make installation easier.

Why is this needed?

Updating pip may cause other problems, and probably shouldn't let users change the environment if it's not necessary.
