Runs on my iMac, crashes on my MBAir #489

Updated my iMac to macOS 10.13.2 from 10.11.x and then updated nvAlt to 2.2.8 after the older version would not start.

Also using nvAlt 2.2.8 on my MacBookAir7,2 running macOS 10.12.x.

Both instances are sharing a data folder via Dropbox. This setup has been working for me for several years across versions of macOS and updates to nvAlt.

After upgrading the MBAir to macOS 10.13.2, nvAlt consistently crashes at start on the MBAir. It still runs correctly on the iMac.

I did a full erase and install of macOS on the MBAir and now nvAlt runs as expected.

Got around to re-installing TextExpander (ver 5.1.4) and now nvAlt crashes on start up.

Close TextExpander, deactivate "start at login", restart MacBook and now nvAlt runs fine.
