Support source_relative for go_package option #129

--go_out supports a paths flag that takes an option called source_relative which prevents the go_package option from being mapped to a directory. This is important with Go Modules since there's no GOPATH. See https://github.com/golang/protobuf#packages-and-input-paths

Righto, this is fixed in #126 (just merged today).
