When I freeze and unfreeze app I got reset the app rule. Is; it possible to add option for this behavior. If I already have rule for app do not reset rule then it installed again.

I think it's a simple fix near this place dev.ukanth.ufirewall.broadcast.PackageBroadcast#onReceive
