[ISSUE] Can't use phone network when connected to VPN and AFWall enabled

Describe the bug
I have the same symptoms as #1021 the only difference being that I'm running afwall+ free instead of donate version. VPN app won't connect to VPN servers when on phone network. On wifi everything works fine.

I've ticked the box for "allow all apps on 3g" but that doesn't seem to fix anything. I also tried adding the script from #1021 before I realized that clat already had all checkboxes ticked. In any case, nothing worked.

• App version: v3.5.2.1 free version

I did my best to provide all relevant information here. Would anyone know how I could debug this? I'd like to isolage the problem even more.

Testing reveals that this is linked to the VPN not being able to connect on cellular networks as long as data saver mode is enabled. I will close this issue as it appears unrelated to afwall+
