I mostly just block a few apps on wifi, and allow a few on data. However there isn't any easy way to do this at the moment. If I choose whitelisting, I have to check all but a few apps on wifi, and that takes time.
I would suggest a mode allowing blacklisting on wifi and whitelisting on data connections. That would reduce the number of checkboxes I'd have to check.
