Yes, it's possible to save images with bounding boxes when using the Ultralytics API for inference. After you receive the inference results, which include the coordinates of the bounding boxes, you can draw these boxes on the images using your preferred image processing library. Then, simply save the images with the drawn bounding boxes to your desired location.
