What happened?

#1 booting any ISO is followed by a dash and then hangs.. CTRL-ALT-DEL is able to reboot

#2 under F5:Tools, selecting Resolution Configuration and any resolution throws the following error code and returns to BIOS UEFI boot menu

#3 under F5:Tools, selecting Screen Display Mode throws the following error code and returns to BIOS UEFI boot menu
