Add support for outplayed.tv and medal.tv gameplay clip uploading. We want to support more methods of URL uploading other than youtube videos. This task will involve db restructuring and backend and frontend check updating.

Please wait until the submission page has been completed before we add in this functionality as the old v1 submission page will be scraped and adding to that will not be merged into v2/main...
