This page will need the UI and page logic completed as well as the backend endpoints for whatever requests are made from this page to the server.

This page will be based off the figma design sheet for the v2 website found in #182

Figure out what functionality this page needs based on the menus and layouts seen on the backend dashboard figma frames.
