Safety checks: PSF names #3

At the moment the code is crashing during the decon if the PSF files are not there, obviously this will crash, but potentially we should add some safety checks such as:

  • Do the PSF files exist?
  • Does the folder exist?
  • Are there any sld files?
  • Is there the correct number of PSFs?
