Objective:
Build the user dashboard where users can access and manage their documentation projects and settings.

Acceptance Criteria:

The dashboard is built using Flutter and is responsive across web, mobile, and desktop.
Users can view a list of their documentation projects on the dashboard.
Users can manage their account settings (e.g., update profile information, change password).
The UI/UX is customized for each platform:
Web and Desktop: Optimized for larger screens (e.g., side navigation).
Mobile: Optimized for smaller screens (e.g., bottom navigation).
