特别同意李明的一个观点：未来 Chatbot 能产生的价值，一定是聚集在顶层的能力应用，而非接入层。能够找到在距离用户最近的位置，进行解决刚性痛点问题的应用，将会是产生下一代的行业巨头的必经之路。这里面必须做好的另外一个行业新领域，就是 Conversational User Interface ，也就是 Chatbot 的人机界面。

我特别希望写完了这篇博客后，咱们club能够有一个新的outcome，即发起一个新的开源项目，用来着力解决 @huan 所说的离用户最近的那些需求。可能最开始还不能提供解决方案，不过至少可以收集需求以确定我们下一步的方向。
