add test in -cli, update attr cache or something.

Added test-property-list command to -cli tool. Could you please test it?

I tried on various combinations, all tests passed on both Nexus 5/Galaxy S3

samsung GT-I9300> test-property-list Music/Albums/ 
GetObjectHandles 1870 returns 14 objects, 14 unique
testing property 0xdc07...
got 1030 bytes of reply
getting object property list of type 0xdc07 PASSED
testing property 0xdc02...
got 144 bytes of reply
getting object property list of type 0xdc02 PASSED
testing property 0xdc04...

If it's working on your device too, then the problem is on the fuse site.
