When you unplug your mtp device with fuse filesystem mounted it only exits when you try to access it. Perhaps it shouldn't exit at all, but expose a list of connected MTP devices instead (thus fixing #131) with their storages. This way one can just mount this filesystem at boot and forget about all the details.

I decided to go with one process per device approach for now. With current 4.2/master aft-mtp-mount you can pass -D : to mount or -d <vendor>:<product> to -cli
