Game version unknown

Bug Description

While the game is loading, this error message involving the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library opens in front of the game window:

Assertion failed!

Program: G:\6\xemu-win-release\xemu.exe
file: ../hw/xbox/mcpx/dsp/dsp_emu.inl
Line: 40

Expression: false

For more information on how your program can cause an assertion failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts

(Press Retry to debug the application - JIT must be enabled)

Pressing Retry actually crashes the entire emulator, and I am not sure why this only started happening now. It didn't happen earlier today (or yesterday, depending on when this gets read). What is there I can do to try and fix the issue, or is an update needed to fix the problem?

Expected Behavior

The game is supposed to load without the error in front of it, as shown here.

Disable surround sound, or delete your EEPROM and have xemu generate a new one

Deleting the EEPROM worked. Thank you for the fix. :)
