Add an option to disable hotkeys or limit them to keyboard

Feature Request

Dark Summit requires you hold Start and Select together to enter cheat codes. However, Start and Select together is an emulator shortcut to open this menu:

Opening this menu unfocuses the game window and prevents inputs, and there's currently no option to disable this. I'm sure this isn't the only game containing features that conflict with emulator hotkeys. An option to disable them or at least limit them to keyboard would be a nice addition.
