Bug Description

Here are some Assertions that are not common.
(For being idle on Xbox Dashboard)

Expected Behavior

They shouldn't appear at all.

Any chance you can repro with nv2a debugging turned on so we can get some pgraph logs to review (or give pointers on how to repro if they're reliably reproducible)?
