Ability To Re-order channels within the mapping Page

I would like the ability to do more editing within the mappings page for example

1. To select mapping(s) and have buttons to move the Selected up/down/to top/to bottom of the mappings list.

2. A "reorder disabled" button that when clicked re orders channels moving disabled channels to the bottom of the mappings
   list.
   Example

     (1) Some Movie Channel {Active}
     (2) Some Kids Channel {Active}
     (3) Some Music Channel {Active)
    
     These Where Auto Assigned their mapping by xTeVe when initially filtered.
     I Now disable the Kids Channel
     I Would Be Able To click The reorder button and it Would reorder them to 
    
    (1) Some Movie Channel {Active}
    (2) Some Music Channel {Active}
    (3) Some Kids Channel {Disabled}
   

3 . Buttons to Reorder Channel Numbers By Alphabetical order of the Channel Name as a whole list or as highlighted Selection.
