Channel logo caching

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Because I've more than one client (player) for my SAT>IP server, I want to have all downloads from my clients targeting my LAN. Therefore, my idea is to use the xTeVe server as a proxy for the playlist (M3U), EPG (xmltv) and images/logos. However, the current implementation only implements cache for the images referenced in the guide (xmltv). My objective is to cache logos too.

My suggestion is to add support for caching the channel logos equal as the images of the xmltv guide.

Describe alternatives you've considered
My alternative is to download all logos in local, and then change the playlist URL. However, this is a huge task to do. If the tool could cache all the logos and use the local URL inside the "xteve.m3u" then it will be more easy to maintain our playlists.

Additional context
I think it has the same sense of caching images than caching the logos. Do you think so?
