In the code dynamic_env ,from rrt_rl_navigation.srv import *. I can't find the package rrt_rl_naigation.srv

It should be the package name of global planner.

It's the package used in old version, and in the current version, all the service is belong to global planner.

I'll modified it later. Thank you!
