I would like to have a function where players can submit urls but they cannot be made into maps till approved by an moderator (to prevent offensive images)

Like said on #15. I have merged the PR #48 and i have added an exploreother command that allow to manage using the same Gui as /maps other player's map. I don't know if it's better to use again the /maps GUI to show a pending list of map for approval (that can be realy tedious for moderators). Another idea is to allow /maptool exploreother [waiting] to show maps that are waiting upper validation for a specific player. Or it is possible to use the upcomming update methode to have a quicker way for moderator to validate all maps.

Update 4.1 added bunch of commands for moderators to monitor other player map (/maps Player, /maptool delete Player:MapName...) I don't know if setting up a pending queue is that usefull. @AmauryCarrade Any opinion on this subject?
