Add map link to command

We can add the possibily to assign a map or a selection of map to a special command. That can allow to create custom message with link in tchat or to teleport a player to a localion.

For the graphical part we can turn a selected map or a region of maps in green with the borders in a different color to highlight the selected maps.

By the way adding a way to copy links assigned to a map can be usefull if you want to duplicate it
