make a scoop manifest , for easy installtion < please !!

!Feature requests

• add scrolling yeah who like go touch mouse for simply scrolling :(
• 🐛 do not work on window things like , clipboard mangager , and widgets(who use it ?)
• add custom css support
• combine with AltSnap must have
• use better UI and GUI too , cli is preferred for no mouse usage
• the most needed one **CHANGE NAME ** short name would be great

is that available for linux? or is that project is 1st time thinking of vimium OS wide?
