Doc generated from HTML doc of v19

Could browse the doc here from Readme.md to some list of methods

Todo

  • 🚫 some doc already exists, and maybe must not be overrided, so check it, and restore important part

Done

  • ⚠️ some code block are broken
  • ⚠️ some code block contains markdown link to other methods (not possible in markdown)
  • ⚠️ link to image seems to not working well
  • ⚠️ some link like that also www.w3.orgHome.mdTRHome.mdSVGHome.mdtext.html#KerningProperty
  • ⚠️ some are not documented and tooltip added two time (because of bom)
  • keep header already defined by vincent
