Additions:

Added Malayalam translations for the ReadMe Page (Malayalam is a regional language in India).
'ml-IND' has been added as the folder name since ml-represents Malayalam and IND represents India's country of origin.
Added link to '/translations/ml-IND' in the master README file to navigate the translated content.

Further possible changes in the future commit:

Translate the comments to Malayalam (if found necessary).
Translate updated master README(if any)
