Explanation of changes:

Previously, this was forked from conda-forge and some changes made for various reasons (see PR 1). Since then, conda-forge's recipe got updated to v12.4.
This rebases the changes we made onto their changes. It also removes the abs.yaml because we want to upload the packages to the main channel now.
There's an open issue upstream but I suggest we merge this rather than wait for it to be resolved, and catch it next time round.
