Print per evaluator run summary at the end of Evaluate API call

Description

In a batch run, Promptflow generates detailed logs for each evaluator in some temporary folder. These logs are essential for troubleshooting why specific rows may have failed. However, when multiple evaluators are run in parallel, the log file paths printed in the console can get mixed up, making it difficult for customers to locate the correct links.

To address this, the proposal is to print a run summary at the end of the evaluate API call. Below is one example:
