This version have the following updated features:

  1. R Interface - run the model with 2 lines of R code
  2. Vaccination model - against infection or symptoms-only
  3. Simple multiple-variant model- variable transmission rates but complete cross-immunity
  4. Individual infectiousness factor - gamma variable of individual infectiousness
  5. Multi-region meta-model - running multiple versions of the model with case migration between regions
  6. Static network option - run on static social networks (x20 speed-up)

Version with new calibrated parameters.

Major changes are:

  1. Increase in asymptomatic to 33% based on serology data
  2. New age distribution of mild and asymptomatic cases based on combining serological and case data
  3. New relative transmission parameters based on updated data
  4. Change relative transmission to be a per interaction number not a per day value
  5. Calibrate hospitalisation fraction based on UK hospitalisation data
  6. Calibrate infectious rate and lockdown multipliers on UK data
