A basic bootstrap for getting these things installed.
This is using Ubuntu 14.04
git clone https://github.com/BillKeenan/HHVM_NGINX.git
cd HHVM_NGINX
vagrant up
open http://localhost:9000
That should be running now.
connect via
vagrant ssh
Project files are then in /sync/
