  1. AppImage: Fix package versions and add cargo dependency 

    This replaces outdated package versions and adds `cargo` to the package
list which is needed to build `cryptography` with the new `rustc`
package.

  3. Tor: Update to version 0.4.7.10 with a patch for static linking 

    This upgrades Tor from version 0.4.7.8 to version 0.4.7.10.
