Allow users to interact with other windows when they edit proofs. This is useful to check the coins or get other private keys.
Now that there can be multiple windows open at once, it is important to have the wallet name shown somewhere.

allow interacting with wallet windows and other open proof edit windows.
Note that the proof editor is still a child window of the wallet, so if the wallet is closed it disappears.
