SC-Cleanup

Simple Powershell Script to clean up the USER and shader folders for Star Citizen. Checks for the presence of the relevant folders and deletes them specifically.

How to Use

  • Launch powershell as administrator
  • cd into the directory containing the script (e.g. cd \Users\profilename\Downloads)
  • Launch the script with ./cleanup.ps1

Alternatively

  • Launch the Powershell ISE as administrator
  • Open cleanup.ps1 or paste the contents into the editor
  • Click on the green "Run Script" icon or press F5

  • Save the script to a writable location (e.g. C:\Scripts)
  • Create a scheduled task to run on startup or once a day
