Switched to new ontology IRIs after ontology restructuring
Previously, there were multiple places where state machine transitions and commands were handled. This has been simplified by moving relevant logic to shared models
Deleted an old route that hasn't been used for ages
Now properly getting skill types and displaying them in a chart
Refactored code about REST skills to match new ontology
Adds conventional commit scopes for config and frontend
adds new pie charts for capability process types and skill types / skill interface types
adds warning messages for APIs that are not connected as well as a very prominent modal in case no GraphDB instance is running
adds a new conventional commit scope "front&back" for things touching both frontend and backend
fixed dropdowns by explicitly including popper. Seems like its not included in the bootstrap bundle
adds link to GraphDB workbench
fixed display of currently active instance which previously had a bug that caused the overlay not to render when switching instances
