This here is a quick little written guide on how to set up your own V1 Haptic vest!

IMPORTANT!:

  • This current Version of the haptic vest Utilising the Raspberry Pi Zero W, is a dead end hardware version which I do not plan on carrying forward into future Haptic Vest designs. Those future designs will be utilising much cheaper and easy to use microcontrollers instead. So if you are buying a Raspberry Pi Zero W specifically for this project (which are getting more and more expensive and hard to come by!), please be aware you will not be able to carry it forward to future versions.
  • This version only supports 32 haptic motors, spread 16 on the front and 16 on the back. Support for more custom configurations in future iterations is planned.
