WHAT IT IS

Description: Gstreamer delta dsp plugin
 Audio sharpening plugin for gstreamer takes the difference
 between each successive sample. The difference is added to the
 sample to achieve a sharpening effect. This may improve the percieved
 sound quality especially on low end audio systems.
