Ship one very simple Hello World style smart contract to algorand mainnet.

This contract needs to be deployable and interactable. We're making a simple contract that anyone can connect to and increment the counter.

The contract must be usable through the degen website, by either myalgo or wallet connect and it must be on mainnet.
