After #78 landed a couple of quests were incorrectly identified as season 8, I have manually gone through every quest/bounty indicated as season 8 and adjusted accordingly. If the bounty or quest has a season/dlc indicator this PR reflects that, if there is no indicator the bounty/quest stayed at season 8.
This is a follow-up to #79
