Anything pertaining to a particular branch or release train (even if it does not exist yet) goes here. (Updating https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/blob/master/doc/developer/workflow.rst for this is not a good choice since that's within the master branch. Also it might be useful to have this more freely editable.)
