Icon request: icon-header, icon-paragraph

There are some text editor icons, but to compliment the bold, italic, etc. a heading and paragraph icon would be a nice feature.

Possibly h1, h2, h3 too, depending on use-case.

I'd like to avoid separate icons for H1 through H6. I'll do an H with an underline, and you can have it be a dropdown with the H1 through H6 text itself.

+1 for header. There was mention of this being in 3.1.0, but I can't see it anywhere.

My preference would be a strong horizontal line with two indented weaker horizontal lines beneath.
