Hi Team,

How can i find event when agent clicked in End Messges event.

else if (data.eventBody.participants.find(p => p.purpose == 'customer').endTime)

The above condition is only triggering only when agent when agent is clicking the done button inside wraup codes.

How to find the conversation got ended when agent clicks the end button.
